FAQs

Are there any contracts?

While we do implement a design agreement that outlines the details of what is included in your specific package/subscription, it is an open-ended agreement that clearly states that you can cancel at any time with a 30-day notice.

Will I receive layered source files for my assets?

Layered source files are only available to Platinum member album art projects.

What if I don’t use all my allotted assets during any given month?

Assets do not roll over from month to month. For example, if you have a Gold membership and you only request 3 of your 4 allotted digital album covers in July, you will not get an extra cover added to your August assets.
